Kushal Bhattarai
Solicitor
Qualification/Achievement:
University of New South Wales- LLM in Corporate and Commercial Laws
University of Technology Sydney- Juris Doctor
Kushal was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2012. Since then, he has been practising law gaining a wealth of experience in commercial, property and family laws.
While at University of Technology, Sydney, Kushal was actively involved in leadership activities. Kushal was one of the six members of the International Student’s Liaison Committee. He was the one of the first mentors for the international students mentoring program run by the Faculty of Law, UTS and was also actively involved in mentoring international students in Faculty of Law.
Kushal was an active participant of Beyond the UTS Leadership program and successfully completed the leadership program. He also worked as a volunteer at Toongabbie Legal Centre in 2011- 2012.
While at UNSW and Kushal received was listed on the Dean’s Merit-List for his outstanding achievement in Insurance law.
Kushal provides professional, cost effective and precise advice to his clients. Kushal also speaks Nepali and Hindi.
Outside of the law, Kushal loves running and hiking.
Chiu Mei (‘Sam’) NG
Solicitor
Qualification/Achievement:

Leeds Metropolitan University- Bachelor of Communication Engineering
Sam practices law as a part-time solicitor. Sam’s main practice areas are property law, criminal law and family law. Sam worked as a volunteer solicitor at Toongabbie Legal Centre between 2013 and 2017. His main interest in law is to analyse issues and serve clients the best.
Sam has worked as a qualified engineer in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia. Currently, he is working as a full-time employee at Optus. He is also a certified tennis coach and prefers to coach kids and young players in his of time and during school holiday seasons.
Sam is a very active person and is multilingual who can speak Mandarin and Cantonese in addition to the English language. He has been actively involved in the Chinese Community in many ways. His personal and professional skills and expertise has helped us in serving Chinese clients well. His experience and skills have assisted ABK Lawyers to grow in its short span of life.
Bhawani Poudel
Company Secretary & Finance Director

Tribhuvan University-Bachelor of Management
Bhawani taught accounts at a high school in Nepal and also worked as an accountant in a leading commercial bank prior to coming to Australia, Bhawani worked.
His book-keeping and banking experiences have been great assets for ABK Lawyers in managing Trust Accounts and the financial planning of the company.
Bhawani has been actively involved in the business development of ABK Lawyers. His international and local work experience in diversified businesses on different levels in middle-level management has helped ABK Lawyers to expand its clientele.
A soft-spoken and friendly nature of him has made him likeable to clients and stakeholders. This combination of work experience from overseas and Australia makes him an important asset of ABK Lawyers.
Bhawani enjoys reading management and socio-political books in his free time and watching sports such as cricket and soccer.
Arjun KC
Licensed Conveyancer

Central Queensland University – Master of Business Administration
He is actively involved in the Nepali community in Australia. Arjun was Deputy Coordinator for NSW of Non-Resident Nepalese Association – Australia (NRNA-A) SCC NSW Australia for the 2017-2019 term. At present, he is president of Dhading Samaj Australia.
Arjun is passionate about his work and has genuine understanding and care for his client’s needs. Arjun has the knowledge, skills and experience to guide you through each step in the conveyance process. He has excellent communication skills and is caring. Arjun will always be there to answer your queries and concerns.
In his leisure time, Arjun enjoys either playing basketball and volleyball or spending time with his family.
Sachin Katuwal

Sachin understands that because it is your one of the huge financial responsibility/investments, you wish to give the matter to a conveyancer who has knowledge and is readily available to speak to you.
Sachin works part time at ABK Lawyers as a licensed conveyancer and he works as a full-time Financial Accountant in a government organisation.
